Shipping Policy

We only provide free shipping on orders above RM150.00 made from Malaysia. As for international shipments, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout accordingly. We will not be able to amend orders once the order has been placed nor combine orders placed separately. All orders are processed and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) working days upon verification of payment. We make the best effort in selecting the most suitable shipping company in order to ensure your parcel arrive on a timely manner. All parcels are shipped with a tracking number.

Parcel ETA. If your order is queued for shipment or placed after standard shipping times (1:00 PM GMT+8) or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier until the following business day. PosLaju and GDex all consider business days to be Monday through Friday, not including public holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Delivery is carried out during working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) during the business days. For domestic orders (Malaysia) placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays, you will most likely to receive your parcel on the following working day if shipping destination is within Klang Valley. For orders outside Klang Valley & from Singapore, please allow at least two (2) working days for arrival of parcel. As for international orders (excluding Singapore), please allow three to fifteen (3-15) working days. Please also allow extra shipping time during sale period or holiday seasons. We will not be held liable for any delays due to local/shipping company disruptions.

The shipping company employed to deliver your parcel will be liable once we have emailed you the dispatch confirmation. We will also not be held responsible for parcel lost if the shipping company employed are able to furnish us with the proof of postage.

If you have placed a backorder merchandise alongside a ready stock merchandise, we will first deliver the ready stock merchandise to you, save as the international orders, in which both the backorder and ready stock merchandise would be delivered at once to you.

Import duties and taxes. For all international orders, any customs or import duties/taxes charged upon arrival of the parcels at destination country shall be borne fully by the recipient of the said parcels. Unfortunately, we are not able to determine the customs duties/taxies from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any queries. We will not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their parcels due to failure to pay the duties/taxes.

Bounced parcels. We will contact you via email as soon as practicable if we were to receive any bounced parcels bearing your name. Costs of re-delivery shall be borne by you save as the reason of parcel being bounced were attributed to error from our side. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion in denying the manner of re-delivery of the bounced back parcels, which includes but not limit to re-delivering the bounced back parcel with any new order. Bounced parcel cannot be exchanged for store credit vouchers and any unclaimed bounced parcel will be forfeited if left unclaimed for 15 days from the day of receipt of the bounced parcel.

Update rights. We reserve the rights to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion as well as reserve the rights to amend the terms & conditions as well as the privacy, shipping and return policies at any given time. Your use of the site constitutes your acceptance of these amended or revised terms and conditions as well as all the said policies by us from time to time.
